I just smiled when I woke up this morning. The first of nine wonderful days off. Thank goodness for Spring Break! When's summer? My sister and I are thinking about taking the kids to Savannah, Ga. Anyone else have plans?

I am actually glad that it's not this early for us. That would only make the "trip" to June 8 seem that much longer!

Spring Break in April

Our Spring Break doesn't begin until April 14 this year...in which we are going on an Eastern Caribbean cruise. However, I kind of have a mini-break right now. I had my tonsils out this past Wednesday, March 15! Anyway...no school for me for at least another week! Right now, I can't do anything but watch movies, sleep, and sit at the computer for a few minutes! I can't talk, so there's no way I'll be able to teach! I'm really looking forward to our "real" break in April.

Spring, what's Spring??????

Just kidding, but we got dumped with 15 to 20 cm of snow yesterday and last night so the first day of Spring is not looking very spring like at this time.

We do not get "spring break", we get our break with Easter so it always starts on Good Friday and goes for the week. So this year it's a bit later and I will definitely be ready for it!!!!!

Now I'm working on report cards!

I had an eye irritation this morning and I heard myself wishing it was pink eye....boy, do I ever need a break!

Ours also starts Good Friday. I will probably just do a lot of scrapbooking, which is my stress reliever...sleeping in sounds soooo good right now!

Our Spring Break is at Easter! We are counting the days. I will go to Raleigh, NC to see my year old grandson. Can't wait!!

is next week. Then, only a few short weeks until we are out in mid-may!!! Woo-hoo! State testing is behind us and it's smooth sailing ahead! OH! How I love this time of year!
