Spring Break. Those two words evoke images of sunshine and sleep and much more fun than should be allowed! Our school is out for spring break this week, and I couldn't be happier! I've stayed up entirely too late, slept entirely too late, went shopping way more than should be legal, and have had, in general, the time of my life!
I think that one of my favorite parts of this delicious springtime respite is the opportunity to step back and really take a look at what I do and why I do it. Sometimes it's so easy to get caught up in the everyday grind of grading papers and managing children that I lose focus. With this thought in mind, I'm sharing some of my favorite thoughts on teaching. Happy spring, y'all!
