My sneak peak is up. It looks like the only 1 cent deal my store has is folders, which is alright, but it is a little bit of a drive so I was hoping for more than one 1 cent item. What does your store have this week?

My store has 1 cent pencils (8 pk), yellow highlighters (2 pk), and 3 x 5 index cards.

the penny pencils are my favorite. I teach middle school and the kids are way too cool to be expected to bring a pencil.

I am pretty excited about the highlighters too.

well...

Last week my store only had 50 cent items, and I could only get 2. So, needless to say, I was quite upset.

This week, I just took my sneak peak and....




we have 10 cent pencils, index cards, and highligheters....

and 50 cent copy paper...

better, at least than last week. I will go get my fill of index cards and pencils (last year's pencils from here were cruddy).

Ditto what KAN's has! I don't think I noticed .01 index cards last year! I'll be out of town so I'm planning on sending my DH! I've already wrote out my list! I teach High School and I have the same problem with pencils, heck half of them don't bring any supplies! I sure can use the index cards!!!!!

This past week I had the pencils, notecards, and highlighters for 1 cent and I stocked up on those! Definitely is a great deal!

goodwork I also have the plastic four drawer carts for 9.99 on my ad...still trying to decide if I should get them or wait and see if Walmart's drops down, hmmm decisions decisions

My store

doesn't have any 1 cent items. They do have 5 cent folders though. I usually buy folders when the are a penny. I wonder if this is as cheap as they will get this summer...

UGHH - no deals here

So, my add only has things as low as 50 cents I did see the carts fro $9.99 and that is a really great deal. We also have a $5 off of $25 purchase coupon but no penny or ten cent deals yet.

I really need folders. I guess we have to wait a few more weeks in the Northeast.

The penny deals are back in my area. Next week pencils, highlighters, and index cards will be a penny. I will be at Staples stocking up on those deals. I can't wait until the folders are a penny.

Mine has the penny highlighters and index cards. Since I see that some of you had that last week, I wonder if my staples is a week behind? I can't wait for the folders to go on sale.

BTW - anyone know about cheap spiral folders yet??

Penny items

My store didn't have any penny items last week, but this week we have the pencils, highlighters, and index cards. I will be there to stock up on those. I'm waiting on penny folders, too.

out of curiosity...

are those of you with the penny and .05 deals going back to school in august? maybe we have to wait longer up north, bc we don't go back till the second week of september? (she asked hopefully, as she needs pencils and index cards like her job depends on it...well it kind of does!)

mid-August so that could definitely be why we are getting penny deals now...4 weeks until school starts for us

I see .25 Sharpies, .50 copy paper, and either $1 or $2 packs of Ticonderoga pencils. (The ad shows $2 but when you scroll over it to see up close it says $1-I hope that's the case!)

I may actually have to go over there next week! I have not taken part in any of the other sales but I might have to for the cheap Sharpies and Ticonderogas (if they really are $1).

My Staples has penny highlighters, index cards and 8/pk pencils. They also have 50 cent spirals and copy paper. Of course, there's a limit of 2 with a $5 purchase.

My staples only had 50 cents sales. No penny folders or anything else. It has been a disappointing year. We had copy paper, but it was $1.
