strange spot

Ok. This is very personal, but I'm really nervouse and worried about it so I thought I would post here. This morning, as I was getting dressed, I noticed a small, dark spot right on my nipple. There a few other lighter spots around it that kind of look like freckles. These have never been there before. I'm 24 and in great health. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?

Something like it.

I had something like that a couple of months ago. I was dressing one morning and noticed a small reddish brown spot on my nipple. It was a little tender. I went to my doctor and he seemed to think that I might have pinched it somehow. I guess I did it during my sleep because I didn't notice it the night before in the shower.

Get it checked out by your physician. It is probably nothing, but to be on the safe side, make sure it is not something like Paget disease.
