I am wanting to create a sub folder for emergencies for my 6th grade math classroom. Does anyone have any quick ideas that I can include for a 45 minute class period?

Check out www.mathwire.com. She has some wonderful games that would be good for review and that students could work on independently.

I think you could include any number of review pages in the sub folder......I know when I taught 6th grade math the students needed to constantly review what had been taught. Too many learn the material only for the test and then the knowledge is dumped to make room for something new. And the sub could make a game out of the problems instead of simply having "seat work".
