Thematic unit for enrichment

Our school recently got a grant for an after school program, and we have the opportunity to do enrichment classes. I am thinking of doing a class on penguins. Have any of you out there done a unit on penguins that incorporates art, music, movement, math, .....the whole nine yards? If so, what activities did you do and how did they go? This would be for K-2 students for 3 hours one night a week for 9 weeks. I would have access to art materials, cooking appliances, and many other things. The sky's the limit (within reason of course!). Please help me with any ideas. I do have some of the thematic materials from TCM, but I am not loving it all.
